“Get the demo” form: your name, your email address, how you heard about us, what you would use the app for and any details you choose to add.

“Ask a question” form: your name, your email address and your question.

With each form submission, the date, time and IP address of the submission are attached to the message, to prevent abuse.

On every visit, the hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser type) required for the security and proper operation of the website.

• To add you to the early access list and invite you when your turn comes.
• To keep you informed by email about Solde’s progress and launch, and to give you the offer reserved for people who signed up.
• To answer your questions.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abusive submissions.

We do not sell your data, rent it out or use it for advertising.

This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tool and no tracking pixel. It only stores, in your browser’s session storage, the fact that the opening animation has already been shown, so that it is not replayed. This is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

Your data is only accessible to the Solde team and to the following technical providers, which process it on our behalf:

• Hostinger International Ltd.: website hosting and sending of form emails, on servers located in Paris, France (European Union).
• Infomaniak Network SA: the info@soldeapp.ch mailbox, where your requests are received and stored, in Switzerland.
• Unsplash: the website’s photos are loaded from its servers, which may be located outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. Your IP address and browser information are sent to them when this happens.

When data is transferred outside Switzerland, it is only to countries with a level of protection recognised by the Swiss Federal Council or on the basis of appropriate contractual safeguards.

• Early access sign-ups: until your access opens, then at most 12 months after the public launch, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Questions: as long as needed to answer you, then at most 12 months.
• Technical logs: according to the hosting provider’s retention period, usually a few weeks.

When you ask us to delete your data, it is permanently erased within 30 days.

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to receive it in a common format, or to object to its use. Simply write to info@soldeapp.ch. We reply within 30 days.

You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the European Union, your national data protection authority.

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

We may update this policy, in particular when the app launches. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
